Netanyahu and head of Mossad in the Quarantine

The new Corona virus forced Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other ministers to submit to a quarantine, after the Ministry of Health announced that Minister Jacob Litzman was infected with the virus, on Thursday.

The Ministry of Health said in a statement that Jacob Litzman and his wife, who are also infected with the virus, were isolated and were in good condition and receiving treatment.
She added that she would send requests to undergo isolation to those who have been in touch with the minister for the past two weeks, including Netanyahu, other ministers, and the head of the Mossad intelligence service, Yossi Cohen.
Litzman had contacted Netanyahu several times recently.

The Haaretz newspaper reported that the authorities asked Cohen and the head of the National Security Council to isolate themselves after they met Litzman.
Netanyahu underwent self-isolation after his counselor was found to be infected with the virus, while Israel was close to imposing a full closure to try to contain the outbreak of the virus.

And the government announced more than 6 thousand confirmed cases of corona virus, and 31 deaths, with the spread of the virus in the large isolated Orthodox community in Israel to which Litzman belongs.
In the early stages of the outbreak, some rabbis ignored government movement restrictions, but this resistance appears to have diminished.

On Wednesday, Netanyahu ordered the police to cordon off the heavily militant city of Bnei Brak, east of Tel Aviv, to limit movement to and from it.
Bnei Brak has the second largest number of Corona virus infections in Israel.

mother's Day

Mother's Day is a celebration that appeared recently at the beginning of the twentieth century, and is celebrated in some countries to honor mothers and motherhood, the mother's association with their children, and the influence of mothers on society. This appeared in the desire of Western and European thinkers, after they found children in their societies neglecting their mothers and not giving their full care to them, so they wanted to make a day of the year to remind the children of their mothers. Later, the scope of the celebrants widened to become celebrated in many days and in various cities in the world, and most often it is celebrated in the month of March, April or May. The date of Mother’s Day differs from one country to another, for example in the Arab world it is the first day of the spring semester, that is March 21, while in Norway it is celebrated on February 2 ,in Argentina it is October 3, and South Africa celebrates it on May 1.  In the United St...

The most powerful computer in the world enters the battle against Corona

In a new spark of hope to control the emerging epidemic of the Corona virus, scientists have been able to exploit the advantages of the world's fastest computer to produce an effective vaccine at an early date. Scientists say the computer, named after the IBM supercomputer equipped with the "artificial intelligence brain," has been able to determine which chemicals can stop the spread of the Corona virus, and is therefore a critical step toward the production of the vaccine against the disease. The supercomputer has a power of 200 betaflops, which means that its computing speed is 200 quadrillion per second, meaning it is a million times stronger than the fastest laptop. The CNN website stated that "Smit" had simulated more than 8,000 compounds that could bind to the virus' protein, which might limit its ability to spread to the host cells. The computer was able to identify and rank 77 of them, based on the likelihood of them being linked to...
