السجن على هارفي واينستين ب 23 عاما




تم النطق بالحكم اليوم على المنتج الهوليودي الشهير هارفي واينستين بالسجن لمدة 23 عاما .
وقد أدانت محكمة في مانهاتن اليوم الأربعاء واينستين بإرتكاب فعل جنسي إجرامي من الدرجة الأولى " السجن 20 عاما " والإغتصاب من الدرجة الثالثة " السجن 3 سنوات "  .
وقد أشادت بهذا الحكم حركة مي تو النسائية ؛ التي تقف وراء الإتهامات الكثيرة الموجهة ضد المنتج الأمريكي  وأعتبرته نصرا تاريخيا .
ودانت هيئة محلفين مكونة من 7 رجال و5 نساء المنتج النافذ جدا سابقا بإغتصاب الممثلة السابقة جيسيكا فان في 2013 وممارسة الجنس الفموي بالقوة على مساعدة الإنتاج السابقة ميمي هالي في 2006 .

وقد برئ واينستين " 67 عاما " من تهمة التربص الجنسي الرئيسية .
وفي رسالة ما قبل صدور الحكم طلب الإدعاء من القاضي جيميس بيرك النظر في 36 إدعاء آخر تتعلق بالإيذاء والتحرش الجنسي ضد واينستين تعود إلى سبعينيات القرن الماضي ، ولم تكن جزءا من المحاكمة .

أما فريق دفاع المنتج السابق فقد طلب الحد الأدنى من العقوبة معتبرين أنه على القاضي أن يأخذ في الإعتبار إنجازات واينستين كفائز بجائزة أوسكار مرات عدة .
وقد وجهت أكثر من 80 إمرأة  بينهن ممثلات شهيرات مثل غوينت بالترو ، و أوما نورمان ، وسلمى حايك إتهامات له تتعلق بسوء سلوك جنسي .

ومن أشهر  أفلام  المنتج هارفي واينستن " ذا قود ويل هنتينغ " ، " كيل بيل " ، " جانغو ان جينجد " ، " شيكسبير ان لوف " ، " رامبو " ، " ذا لورد إن ذا رينجز " .
