اليوم العالمي للمرأة - International Women's Day



اليوم العالمي للمرأة هو إحتفال عالمي يحدث في اليوم الثامن من شهر مارس من كل عام ، ويقام للدلالة على إحترام العالم للمرأة ، وتقديرا وحبا لها ولإنجازاتها في المجال الإقتصادي والسياسي والإجتماعي .

وأنبثق اليوم العالمي للمرأة عن حراك عمال ، لكنه ما لبث حتى أصبح حدثا سنويا إعترفت به الأمم المتحدة . ففي عام 1908 م خرجت حوالي 15.000 إمرأة في مسيرة إحتجاجية بشوارع مدينة نيويورك الإمريكية للمطالبة بتقليل ساعات العمل وتحسين الأجور والحصول على حق التصويت في الإنتخابات .
وجاء الإحتفال بهذا اليوم بعد عقد أول مؤتمر للإتحاد النسائي الديموقراطي العالمي ، والذي عقد في باريس 1945 م . والمعروف أن الإتحاد النسائي الديموقراطي العالمي يتكون من المنظمات الرديفة للأحزاب الشيوعية .



غالبا ما تصبغ الإحتفالية بهذا اليوم الصبغة السياسية ، فتكون السمة السياسية المصاحبة للإحتفال قوية وذات شعارات إنسانية معينة من قبل الأمم المتحدة ؛ وذلك للتوعية الإجتماعية بدور المرأة عالميا . وأحيانا في بعض الأماكن يتم التغاضي عن الصبغة السياسية للإحتفال ، فيكون الإحتفال أشبه بخليط بين يوم الأم ويوم الحب .


بعض الدول مثل الصين ، روسيا ، كوبا ، أرمينيا ، أريتريا ، أوكرانيا وغيرها من الدول قررت أن يكون هذا اليوم ال8 من شهر مارس من كل عام عطلة رسمية لكل النساء في الدولة .

تم إعتماد هذا اليوم الثامن من شهر مارس من قبل منظمة الأمم المتحدة كعيد عالمي للمرأة في العام 1977م ، فتحول بالتالي هذا اليوم إلى رمز لنضال المرأة تخرج فيه النساء عبر العالم في مظاهرات للمطالبة بحقوقهن ومطالبهن .
وهناك موضوع مختلف تتبناه منظمة الأمم المتحدة كل عام للإحتفال بيوم المرأة العالمي ، وتركز إحتفالية هذا العام على موضوع " العالم المتساوي هو عالم التمكين " وهو دعوة للعالم لخلق عالم يساوي بين الجنسين .

أما حملة اليوم العالمي للمرأة فأختارت هذا العام شعار Each For Equal المستمدة من فكرة عمل الأفراد من أجل صالح الجماعة .

A solar storm hits the earth on the first day of spring

Space weather forecasters have noticed a stream of solar winds coming toward us, which could hit Earth on March 19, the first day of spring. Scientists said that the solar wind could lead to the aurora borealis in the northern hemisphere.
