WHO instructions to strengthen the body's immunity

Friday, the World Health Organization (WHO) called on people to adhere to a set of guidelines to strengthen the body's immunity and avoid infection with the emerging coronavirus, including eating healthy food and avoiding alcoholic beverages and cigarettes.

"You must pay attention to your physical and mental health, because this will help you to fight Covid-19 if you get it," said WHO director Tidros Adhanum Gebresos, adding: "We call to avoid drinks high in sugar, alcohol and cigarettes."

He continued: "On the other hand, we recommend healthy food and exercise for 30 minutes a day for adults and an hour for children."
"Cycling and some exercises such as dancing and yoga will be beneficial ... and be sure to avoid sitting in one position for a long time," he said.

Gebresus also revealed that "talking to people you know and trust will help you overcome this crisis ... rest assured of your families, friends and neighbors."

He concluded his speech by saying: "This crisis will give us an opportunity to meet and unite as one human body to learn together and develop together ... The victory over Corona needs the cooperation of all.

Panic in stores and markets on toilet paper and canned food

With the spread of the Corona virus around the world, shoppers are running around the markets, supermarkets and pharmacies either to fight the Corona virus or to prepare for possible quarantine. Early popular products were Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer. As with the spread of the virus in a large way, the demand has become steadily on toilet paper. Because of the panic, fear of the people, and the high turnout in stores, most stores have restricted what people can buy, as shoppers cannot purchase more than six antiseptic wipes, hand sanitizers, and hard wipes. But why is the toilet paper the last purchase without others? The behavior of people and their high demand for toilet paper has been explained by the fact that since people do not know how to interpret the virus, it raises the need to prepare in any way possible. Something they can buy they know they might need ... is toilet paper. With the spread of the epidemic around the world, people were seen rushing t...
